The Grief Workshop
The grief workshop is an 8 week therapeutic group journey that will help you explore your grief.Topics that we will explore together will include what is normal with grief, self-care and creative ways to process grief and how we think about death. During the workshop I will present material to you but we will also have creative sessions and discussions. All materials will be provided including worksheets and resources.

The Tree of life
The tree of life is a creative workshop that encourages self exploration into the way our past has come to shape who we are in the present and how we look to be in the future. You do not need to have any artistic ability to participate in this workshop. This is considered an all day event, lasting from 10:00am to 3:00pm and is appropriate for groups of 10-15 people. All supplies will be provided including a booklet containing further questions that you are welcome to take home and use to reflect on the exercise.This is a great opportunity for self discovery, CPD or as an exercise in reflexivity. Stress Management, building resilience and the art of self care
Stress management, building resilience and the art of self care is a 2 hour training session which covers the ways in which mental distress can affect your work-life. We will be looking specifically at the way in which prolonged exposure to stress can lead to burnout and how to cultivate a self care practice that will help to build resilience in all aspects of everyday life. While this training is mostly given through presentation, there will be short exercises and the option to take a worksheet to help keep attendees engaged. This training is suitable for most employers and workplaces and accommodates groups of 10-15 people.
Bullying in the workplace
Suicide & Self-Harm
Bullying in the workplace is a 1 hour and 30 min training module that looks at the basics of bullying experienced in a work place setting. In this simple but straight forward training we will be looking at how bullying is defined, how it can affect our mental health and organisational policies on what to do if you feel you are being bullied or have bullied someone. As policies on bullying vary between organisations, I will liase with your human resources department before training takes place in order to present your attendees with accurate and relevant information specifically from your organisation. This training is delivered through presentation with a short discussion at the end. This training is suitable for most employers and workplaces and accommodates groups of 10-15 people.
Suicide and Self-Harm is a 2 hour training module that looks at the basics of suicide and self-harm. In this simple but straight forward training session we will be looking at how suicide and self-harm is defined, what we can do to help those in distress and how to manage the stress of working with suicide and self-harm on a regular basis. This training is delivered through presentation with a short discussion at the end. This training is suitable for most employers and workplaces and accommodates groups of 10-15 people. At the end of this module I will be handing out resources about safe self-harm practices, what to do if someone is feeling suicidal and organisations that can help with mental distress.
Working with Conflict
Working with conflict is designed to provide you with a solution focused approach to managing and resolving conflict in the workplace. In this 1 hour and 30 minute module we will cover different forms of communication, unhelpful strategies we use to manage conflict and ways to apply active listening skills in order to deescalate intense emotions and focus on finding a solution. While this training is mostly given through presentation, there will also be short exercises and discussion. This training is suitable for most employers and workplaces and accommodates groups of 10-15 people.
