Meet your therapist
Hi, I’m Danielle and I’m a therapist who works with adults navigating grief, trauma, postpartum challenges, identity shifts, and major life transitions. My approach is rooted in curiosity, grounded in compassion, and centered around creating space for growth and healing.
I draw from trauma-informed, person centered and solution focused modalities, while also integrating hypnotherapy, body awareness, and spirituality to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I believe in the power of therapy to reconnect us to our inner resources and move us toward greater self-understanding and self-compassion.
At the core of my work is a deep respect for your autonomy and lived experience. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one that honors your pace, welcomes all parts of you, and creates space for healing and post-traumatic growth.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in the midst of change, you're not alone. I’m here to support you in navigating those transitions with honesty, presence, and care.
